This is the most robust and versatile widget in the system. The Custom HTML widget allows you to insert your own HTML and JavaScript into your site. The only limitations of this widget are in that you can not insert any php files or scripts.
The Custom HTML widget uses the advanced post editor for formatting text and uploading/inserting images. You also have the availability to editd the source HTML as well. Click on the HTML icon in the editor to open a text window and you can begin editing the source code for your selection. See the example image below for details.
